Can I live at 123 York Street?

Our purpose-built building in Belfast is designed with students in mind so any person over the age of 18 that is enrolled in an education institution can live at 123 York Street. We occasionally have graduate/young professional accommodation available too – if you’d like to find out more about this, get in touch.

What’s included in my weekly rent?

As well as your apartment, all your utility bills, wi-fi and superfast 100Mb broadband, 24/7 security and access to our amazing communal space is all included in your rent.

What tenancy lengths are available?

We offer 44-week (academic year) and 51-week (academic year plus summer) contracts from September 2022 onwards.

Do you offer Short Term Lets?

We have the flexibility to offer Short Term Lets when availability allows. 

If you’re looking for a shorter tenancy, get in touch with the us today and we can give you our live availability on these lets.

Please note: minimum tenancy length is 12-weeks.

How do I arrange a viewing?

How much is the booking fee?

The booking fee to secure your apartment is £250 which acts as your booking confirmation prior to move in. If you stay with us on a contract that is 40-weeks or more, your booking fee will be deducted from your last rent instalment.

By charging this booking fee, we can keep our rents among the most affordable in Belfast.

Plus, we don’t charge you a deposit! 

Please note: Booking fee is non-refundable if you cancel your tenancy

How do I book?

We’ve made it as easy as 123 for you! Simply, select which room-type you’d like to book, register your details, read and agree to the t&cs then pay your non-refundable booking fee!

What are the rent instalments?

We offer 3 different rent installment plans to suit your needs – Annual, Termly and Monthly.

If you’re paying annually, your rent is due upfront and you don’t require a guarantor.

If you’re paying termly, your rent is due across 3 installments and you will require a UK guarantor.

If you’re paying monthly, your rent is due on the same date each month from your move-in date, will be split across 10 installments and you will require a UK guarantor.

Do I need a guarantor?

Yes you will need to have a UK guarantor to co sign your contract.

If you do not have a guarantor you will require to pay your annual rent in full and in advance or you can contact a rental insurance company can be your guarantor.

Can couples live together at 123 York Street?

If you’d like to live with your partner, we have a number of options available.

As well as our two-bedroom apartments and en-suite rooms, we also allow couples to share studio apartments at no extra cost.

Both parties must be full-time students, will need to sign the contract and will jointly be liable for the rent.

Can I choose a specific room?

At 123 York Street we always try our very best to accommodate all requests but cannot guarantee room choices.
