Booking during the Covid-19 pandemic

We understand that there is still some uncertainty with regards to university term start dates for the next academic year. 

While we wait to hear updates on the easing of travel and lockdown restrictions, we’re aware that students who are due to be starting or returning to study in Belfast may be worried about booking their accommodation.

With this in mind, we’re excited to announce the launch of our Worry-Free Booking Policy*.

For any students who book to stay with us from September 2020, we’ll defer your booking should your course start date be postponed.

That means that if you book to move-in with us in September but your course start date is pushed back to January 2021, your rental agreement will only start in January.
